Why should I use m-four to manage my presentation? Whether you are delivering a presentation at a team meeting or before a large crowd at a high-profile event, we can help make your presentation professional and powerful.
How can you help with my presentation? We produce presentations in various software packages, organise the set design and room layout, and hire out technical equipment and support.
I have designed my own presentation; can you still help me? Yes. We need to find out what programme you have used, for example, PowerPoint, and how you will get that to us – by email or on a disc.
What type of presentations do you provide? We have a great deal of experience with PowerPoint and can take it to another level, with great design, music, and video footage – we'll even write the script from your background info and supply the photos. We also work in the more advanced packages, such as Director and Flash animation. Whatever the software, the end result should be the same – a high-quality presentation.
What equipment do you offer? We have hi-specification screens, laptops, projectors and sound systems.
That all sounds a bit technical – can you send somebody to help me at the event? Absolutely. We will provide technical support staff to rig up and derig your equipment and operate it for you.
I feel confident about operating the equipment myself, so what happens in this case? We would need your slides or presentation at least 24 hours before your event to ensure everything works. We'll still rig up and derig the equipment. You will need to let us know what time your presentation finishes and we'll collect. Please don't leave the equipment unprotected – this point is in our presentations terms and conditions that we'll give you.
What information do you need to know from me? When you book our equipment hire service, we will need to know the date, time and venue, and what time you need the equipment ready. We suggest set up about an hour before your presentation or event starts.
What happens next? Once you have decided which services you need, we will email you a summary of your requirements and send you an estimate (usually by email).
How much is this service going to cost? This depends on how long you need technical support (we charge by the hour) and what type of equipment you need. We will itemise everything in the estimate.
Once I've agreed the estimate, what happens then? Send an order via SAP. You will need to confirm that you have accepted the estimate (usually by email to the account handler).
If you produce my presentation, will you keep me informed along the way? Yes. We will give you a production schedule with key dates, such as when you can see a slide template that we have designed and the date you need the final presentation.
How will I get to see my presentation before it goes live? Once we've produced the presentation, we'll ask you to view it at our studio, or send it you on a disc. You might want to change elements of it before you give final approval. We'll work with you until you have the presentation you want.
