After 16 years’ hard work and dedication, Mohammod Nizami, m-four’s Deputy Manager of Translations, was rewarded for his loyalty with the newly introduced Employee of the Year award. Seamus McKeown, Head of m-four, presented the award to Deputy Manager Nizami at the m-four tenth anniversary celebration. Nizami was praised for his excellent 100 per cent attendance, cheerful personality and desire to always help colleagues and clients wherever he can. Also a busy family man with four children, and the author of five books in Urdu, Nizami was a well-deserving winner. Employee of the Year runners-up included Rob O’Neill from m-four Print, and Nicola Talbot from the design team. Rob is no stranger to awards, previously winning Employee of the Quarter, and being nominated on another occasion. His determination to meet challenging deadlines, along with a keen eye for quality and a strong commitment to excellent customer care, have made Rob a real asset to m-four. Nicola, from m-four’s busy design studio, was a deserved nominee for the Employee of the Year. Her fun, friendly, ‘can do’ attitude is not only noticed by her colleagues, but also highly appreciated by clients. She’s always on hand to help and advise and is a great team member. Thanks to everyone who nominated and congratulations to our winner and runners-up.
