| Thanks from the Land Army Girls |

m-four’s Events team was recently praised for its professional attitude and efficient service at an event to celebrate and honour surviving Women’s Land Army members. A letter of thanks was received from the Lord Lieutenant of Greater Manchester, Warren Smith, who commended the team on its contribution and assistance. “The occasion would not have been as successful as it was without your contribution,” Mr Smith commented. It may have been 63 years since the end of World War II, but we still honour our heroes on 11 November. This year, however, more than 33,000 unsung heroes were also honoured with an award. The surviving members of the Women’s Land Army were presented with a special badge to mark their contribution, and a special Service of Thanksgiving was held at Manchester Town Hall on 7 November.
